Please feel free to contact us within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your items. Therefore, it is recommended to inspect and try on all the items as soon as you receive them.

When may I request a return?
1: We accept returns if the items you received are damaged or incorrect.
2: We accept returns if the color of the items you received is wrong (colors may vary from one monitor to another, so it is normal to have slight color differences).
3: We accept returns if the size of the items you received is incorrect (it is normal to have 1-3 cm of inaccuracy because all the clothes are handmade).

How To Return & Refund
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items and include your reason and photos for us to verify. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
2. Once your request is approved, the items should be delivered to us within 5 days. You may ship with your local postal service (shipping costs will be at your expense).
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
Please note that for all returns, the customers are responsible for the shipping costs.


Also I cannot accept Returns or Refunds on following situations:
1: If your event is canceled or you changed your mind.
2: Items in customized sizes, styles, or colors cannot be returned because they were tailored to you. Nevertheless, we shall discuss with you methods that may be helpful.
3: If you pass me wrong measurements.
4: Return requests due to personal preference are not accepted.
5: Returns without our prior knowledge.
6: If you don't return your dress in 5 Days upon the agreement of return.


CANCELLATION POLICY
1: Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
2: Order cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
3:Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: You will get a partial refund consisting of 60% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
4: Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of payment.

Please Note:
Although I attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.

The Time Of The Shipment

Our products can be sent all over the world. We usually use the air transport of DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, DPD，USPS. The delivery time varies depending on the distance. Local carriers can also affect delivery times. Normally, the time of shipment to different areas are followings:

♦ Total delivery time = Tailoring Time + shipping time

Tailoring Time: 15-18 Days

Shipping Time: (5-8 working days)

Please note that processing/tailoring time may sometimes increase, especially between January and April, as this is our busiest time of year! （The total time to receive your order from January to April is about 30-35 days.）

 All the dresses are not in stock, no matter choosing a standard size or a custom size dress, all of our dresses are personally tailored for you from the beginning.  The total time to receive your order is around 20-25 days. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, thank you!

The Shipping Fee

The shipping costs are automatically computed based on the price of the dress.
For order price: $1-$60.99, shipping costs: $15.
For order price: $61-$350.99, shipping costs: $32.
For order price: $351-$600.99, shipping costs: $48.
For order price: $601-$2200, shipping costs: $80.

Do I have to be charged for customs duties and import taxes?
When the package arrives in the destination country, it will be subject to any customs duties or import taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package (it also applies to retail and wholesale clients). Unfortunately, due to the wide variation in customs policies and import taxes from different countries, we have no control over these costs or the ability to tell you what they are.

It is best to contact your local customs office to learn about the current charges before placing an order so that you may not be surprised by unexpected costs.
Please note that we are unable to list goods as gifts or put a lower amount than the actual price on the customs declaration.
